Guild Hive

Guild Hive

Guild & event management

Your guild, organized.

Guild Hive keeps your roster, events, and Discord in sync automatically β€” so your officers spend less time on spreadsheets and more time raiding.

Discord

Your events live where your guild already talks

Install the bot with one click β€” pick your server and it connects itself. There is no token to create, and one shared bot serves every guild.

  • Events post as full-width embeds with spec icons, role counts and a live sign-up list.
  • Members RSVP with buttons inside Discord. They never have to open the site to sign up.
  • Ping a role when an event goes up, and post to the channel you choose.
  • A sign-up deadline shows a live countdown on the post while there is still time to fix a shortfall.

Roster

Four sources, each owning what it actually knows

A guild roster is not one dataset. Guild Hive keeps the sources separate so none of them overwrites another.

Blizzard decides who is in the guild

Membership and rank come straight from the Battle.net API, checked hourly. Somebody who leaves is removed on their own β€” no officer has to remember.

The addon fills in what the API cannot see

Notes, officer notes, last online, achievements and zone are not in Blizzard’s roster endpoint at all. An officer pushes an export from the GuildRosterExport addon and those appear.

Raider.IO covers performance

Mythic+ score, raid progress, item level and active spec, refreshed every hour.

Members own what no API knows

Which character is their main, what they play, what they are up for. Player-set fields are never overwritten by a sync.

The addon push is done by an officer from their browser, and automatic file watching only works on Chromium β€” Firefox and Safari use a file picker. Everything else works without the addon at all.

On your phone

Install it like an app, get reminded like one

Guild Hive is a progressive web app. Add it to your Home Screen and it opens without a browser bar, remembers you, and can reach you when it is closed.

  • Installs from the browser β€” no app store, no download, and it updates itself.
  • Event reminders arrive as push notifications even when the app is shut, so nobody misses an invite.
  • Sign up, check the roster and read guild news from a phone; the panels reflow for a small screen.

On iPhone and iPad, notifications need Guild Hive added to the Home Screen first. That is an Apple rule, and the app says so when you turn them on.

Dashboard

Officers lay it out the way they work

Every panel drags, resizes and minimises, and the arrangement is remembered per character. What each rank can even see is yours to set.

And the rest of it

Event scheduling

RSVPs, spec and role composition, tank/healer/DPS limits, and recurring events β€” planned and tracked in one place.

Guild news

Post raid plans, recruitment or anything the guild should see on the site rather than only in a Discord channel that scrolls away. Written in Markdown, and who can post is a permission you set.

Guild rules

One page your members can look up instead of asking β€” raid attendance, loot rules, how ranks work. It stays put, unlike a pinned message.

Guests

Share a link and let people outside the guild sign up for an event with a verified Battle.net character β€” no account needed.

Attendance & leaderboards

Attendance is tracked across seasons, with leaderboards to show who shows up.

Per-rank permissions

Every action is gated by guild rank and enforced on the server β€” not just hidden in the interface.

Recent updates

Teams Get the Rest of the Permissions Page

August 2026

The Teams tab now looks and works like the Guild one beside it.

  • The Teams side of Permissions has its own Panel Visibility and Panel Actions tabs, laid out exactly like the Guild side β€” the same table, the same rank columns, the Leader column locked, and each action’s internal name under its label.
  • Panel Visibility for a team decides which of that team’s panels each rank can see β€” its Events panel today, with Activity and Discord joining the list once teams have them. Left alone everybody sees everything, and the Leader always does.
  • Which team you are editing is chosen right beside the Teams button now, instead of taking up a row inside the panel.

Teams Have Ranks That Mean Something

August 2026

Captain stops being a name with nothing behind it.

  • The Permissions panel now has a Guild / Teams switch, and the Teams side lets a Leader pick any of their teams and say what each rank may do with its events β€” create raids, edit, cancel, set a sign-up deadline, and so on.
  • A Leader always keeps everything, so they cannot lock themselves out of their own team, and there is no tickbox pretending otherwise.
  • Only a Leader can change the table. Handing that power to a rank would let it hand itself everything else, which would make every other row on the page a suggestion.

One Calendar, Every Group

August 2026

Your guild and every team you are in, on one list, in time order.

  • The Events panel now shows everything you are invited to β€” your guild’s events and every team’s, together, in one chronological list. A team event used to live only on that team’s own page, so finding out what your week looked like meant visiting each team in turn.
  • Each card carries a coloured stripe down its left edge in the colour of the group the event belongs to, so you can tell a team raid from a guild night at a glance without a second badge competing with the event type.
  • Above the list, a row of group chips. It is the key to those stripe colours, the answer to "which groups am I actually in", and a filter β€” click one to hide that group’s events and click again to bring them back. It appears once you are in three or more groups; below that the stripes are self-explanatory.
